In the same email include a selfie holding a valid photo identification so we can verify your identification and signature.
Provide your availability for signing and required turnaround so we can schedule your appointment.
Step 3: Video Call

Your notary must see you as well as hear you. This means that you will need an internet connection that can handle video.
You will also need a Computer with a camara and a microphone or a Tablet or Smart Phone. Your notary will validate your identity online.
During the video call you will sign your document electronically and be validated and signed by your notary.

*If you require multiple notaries or if there are extra charges the notary public will advise if additional funds are required
The completed notarized PDF document will be sent to you after signing is completed. If an original hard copy is required it will be mailed out to you (Extra cost).
